TEST METHODS
ASTM E139 Standard Test Methods for Conducting Creep, Creep-Rupture, and Stress-Rupture Tests of Metallic Materials
ASTM E292 Standard Test Methods for Conducting Time-for-Rupture Notch Tension Tests of Materials

  • The 20,000 lb. machines are for room temperature testing only and are used for hydrogen embrittlement testing.
  • All specimens are single-point machined (no plunge grinding).
  • Specimens are typically loaded within 24 hours of receiving the material.
