Immediate Job Opportunity at IMR Louisville for a Metallurgy Manager / Failure Analyst
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position in a professional testing laboratory. Some responsibilities include: interfacing with clients, materials analysis and consulting. Management duties include: employee evaluation, training and some overall lab management responsibilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, materials science or equivalent.
Five years minimum experience in a commercial or industrial lab that required oral and written communication skills.
Very strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
Advanced degrees and a P.E. license are preferable but not mandatory.

Chemical Technician - Temporary Positions.
IMR Test Labs, a leader in material testing, is currently looking for chemical technicians to fill full time long-term temp positions. The sucessful candidate should have experience working with acids. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must. The applicant must be flexible to shift work and overtime. Chemical Technician
IMR Test Labs, a leader in material testing, is currently looking for chemical technician. This full time permanent position requires a minimum of an associate's degree in chemistry or a related discipline. Preference will be given to those candidates with experience in ICP, IC, combustion analysis, wet chemical, and/or OES instrumental techniques. Salary will be commensurate with applicable experience.
