Dennis started with IMR as a summer intern in our engineering co-op in 2008. He returned each summer while going to RIT and earning his B.S. & M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering. Dennis was also a member of the RIT Tech Crew, ultimately becoming the Sr. Supervisor. He oversaw 60 students, directed the setup of sound and lighting for concerts and other events, fixed and fabricated equipment and trained employees on the use of sound and light equipment and techniques.
After graduating, Dennis spent two years as a Sales Engineer at an automotive parts manufacturer. Dennis seized the opportunity to return to IMR when a Mechanical Engineering position opened.
Dennis specializes in fiber-reinforced composites and polymers, but is also knowledgeable in the fields of fatigue and product testing on both metallic and nonmetallic materials. He passed is F.E. exam in April of 2011 and is currently pursuing his P.E.
Dennis is married to Capri, who blessed him with the birth of their twin boys. In what little spare time fatherhood affords him, Dennis can be found in the gym- crossfit training and hitting the heavy bag. He and Capri also like to kayak, ski and camp with their black lab Rook in tow. Dennis is proud to have acheived the rank of Eagle Scout.
