Welding, brazing and soldering are techniques designed to join materials. Quaification of these processes can involve visual, NDT, impact, macroetch, tensile, bend and pressure testing.
Our labs are accredited by ISO 17025 (A2LA, SAC) and Nadcap, as well as many major manufacturers and speciality organizations. We will ensure that your materials, welders, procedures and finished products are certified to your specification(s). IMR's experts can handle your full weld qualification package.
We have AWS CWI's at all of our US locations, as well as trained and knowledgeable experts at our labs in Asia. Whether you need checks on your raw materials such as solder wire, or full weld qualification packages, we can get you the answers you need.
Should you need non-destructive testing as part of your package, we can outsource that to one of our trusted, accredited subcontract labs so you get one report and deal with one lab.
